How do I return my product(s)?

Returns can be arranged online via Penti.com.ro.

How does the return process work?


You can select the item to be returned and the reason for return from your membership page on Penti.com by clicking the order you want to return from “My Orders” under “My Account” section. After adding the return form you filled along with other return documents in the package, you can send your package to Fan Courier as cash on delivery by stating your order number. Attach the adhesive address label below the form to the outside of the box. Please make sure to fill in the Order Number section on the form. - After the inspection of the products delivered to our warehouse, your order return confirmation is processed. The refund will be completed within 14 days.


Cash On Delivery


You must return the products via FAN Courier by filling out the return form in your return package for the return of the orders with cash on delivery option. Once we have received your package, our customer relations officer will make the refund by confirming the IBAN number you used for the payment.
For cash on delivery orders, it is not possible to rufund service fee for returned orders.

How can I exchange my product(s)?

We do not offer the option to exchange your product via our online store. You can exchange the products at the nearest Penti store with your invoice within 30 days.

Which products are non-returnable?

Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear (panties), cosmetics, silicone products, accessories, jewelry, and corsets are non-returnable. If the original hygiene strip has been removed or damaged, bikini bottoms and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene.
